About

Rosenberg Abramovich Schneller, Advocates (ROSAK) is a boutique international law firm with many years of experience.

Senior partner George Rosenberg founded the law firm in 1969 after having immigrated to Israel with his family from Montreal, Canada where he had practiced law from 1962 to 1968. The firm began to specialize in wealth planning and taxation and became international.

In 1995 due to increasing demand, George partnered with Orit Keren-Polak, an experienced litigator to create Rosenberg Keren-Polak, Advocates (ROSAK). In 1998, to deepen its wealth planning, taxation and private banking practices, the firm established a branch in Zurich—the world’s banking center—and created Occidental Trust Corporation (Nevis) and ROSAK Trust Company (Israel) Ltd. a few years later to further add value to its practice and clients.

In 2012, the firm merged with the Avi Abramovich Law Office, a well-known Israeli firm established in 1994, creating Rosenberg Abramovich Keren-Polak, Advocates. Avi brought deep experience in the Israeli market, along with a strong litigation, real estate and corporate practice. Orit has since retired, and Netanel Schneller, of the firm’s real estate practice was promoted to partner. Along the way, other talented partners and associates were hired and promoted. Thus, Rosenberg Abramovich Schneller, Advocates has 48 years of experience and relationships in key areas of practice.

And it continues to grow. Now, with five partners, five associates and a branch in Zurich, Switzerland, the firm is a leader in wealth planning for private clientstaxationprivate banking & securities regulation, litigation, real estate and corporate & commercial law.  At least one member of the firm corresponds in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian and Hebrew.

The firm’s headquarters in Israel handles domestic-law issues including litigation, corporate law, tax, real estate, and cross-border matters involving foreign residents with interests and companies in Israel, as well as Israeli residents with interests abroad. It is also the center of the firm’s prestigious private client and trust practice, including ROSAK Trust Company (Israel) Ltd.
