Karen Bechor is a senior associate in the Litigation department, where she also practices Labor and Administrative law. Beginning with the Avi Abramovich Law Firm, Karen has been with the Firm since 2005.
In the Litigation Department, Karen handles a wide variety of civil-commercial matters. Karen represents client disputes in a wide variety of courts and in arbitration, including:
Contractual disputes
Company shareholder disputes
Representation of contractors in the area of construction law
Slander and libel suits
Malpractice lawsuits
Karen is an invaluable resource to the litigation department, and also advises clients from other departments on aspects related to litigation, such as clauses within corporate agreements which may have litigation consequences, and employment issues within corporate client companies.
In administrative law, Karen handles inter alia administrative appeals, in the areas of public tenders, freedom of information suits, and more.
In Labor law, Karen provides ongoing counsel to employers and employees, including litigation as necessary.
