In International Wealth Planning for Private Clients, Michal focuses on inheritance issues between the United States and Israel. Admitted in New York, New Jersey and Israel, Michal helps clients to plan, probate and administer estates which have a connection to both Israel and the United States. On the Israeli side, Michal handles the probate and administration of the estates of foreign decedents, including the drafting of opinions on foreign law (U.S.) on inheritance issues. She also handles the transition of U.S. accounts to the family members of decedents, and expatriation matters.
